Cannot find user by his alternative email address

Hi, everybody. Now it's my time to ask for your help.

We have got: Exchange Server 2010 SP2 RU4 running on Windows 2008 x64 with CAS, MAILBOX, HUB roles

Users have multiple email addresses, for example. Kevin has 1st (default) email address kevin@contoso.com

and the 2nd one: boo@contoso.com

When user begins to type his default email (one or two first letters, "ke" for exmpl) and presses Ctrl+K combination server offers him Kevin's mailbox. But when user tries to enter "boo" and Ctrl+K - server says that nobody could be found. This is happening to a random email addresses for random users.

Tested in OUTLOOK2010 and OWA.

Any ideas?
