Hi, although I've been using this page to solve Microsoft-related problems for a while now, this is my very first question. Ok, here it goes:
We have a MS Exchange 2010 Server running on Windows Server 2008 R2. I've set up 2 email-enabled public folders. One for all incoming mail, and one for all outgoing mail. The purpose of this is so the executives can keep track of all relationship with our customers (we are a law firm and the executives want to know if the staff answer mails, how the answer, when the do it, etc.). I've set up exchange rules so that all incoming and outgoing mail is BCC to those folders, except for mails between executives, between executives and one staff member and executives and outside world.
Executives can access public folders from Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2011 for Mac with no problems, however, when I set up their accounts on an iPhone, iPad, etc., I can't see them, doesn't matter if I set up an Exchange or IMAP account.
Before we moved to Exchange 2010, we had Exchange 2003 SP2 and I was able to set up an IMAP account on an iPhone, iPad and all the folders were visible.
Is there a way to make them visible again? If not, is there a third-party app that can do the job? Maybe an iPhone app?
Thank you in advance for your answers
