MSExchange CmdletLogs Error in event log

In my enviroment I have one server Exchnage 2010 sp1 on Windows 2008 r2 server with all role, one mailbox database and 200 user.

In the Event Log I see this two error with the same parameter:

but two different message:

Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-PublicFolderDatabase, parameters {Status=True, Identity=<DatabaseId>}.

Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-MailboxDatabase, parameters {Identity=<DatabaseId>}

The strange is who in the command Get-MailboxDatabase is reported the GUID of Publicfolder database and in the command Get-PublicFolderDatabase is reported the GUID of MailboxDatabase.

Also there are two strange effects:

1. Search are slow and the result is not correct (I have 20 e-mail with object "John Doe" and the search return sometime 8 otherwise 12...are casual number of e-mail)

2. Outlook 2003 sp 3 is really slow in refresh when I delete one or more e-mail (I have changed the RPC parameter http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2009942)
