What causes this slowness?

Hi all,

Sorry to bother you  all questions I have on a mailbox move.

I just ran mailbox move one user with the 66 KB and 3 items from one DB to another DB on the Exchange 2010.  After 20 minutes, it's still moving.   In Exchange 2003, it takes no time to finish and also show you the detail status.  I am totally lost on the new Exchange 2010 mailbox move and only what you see is "moving".
