Good day,
I have Exchange 2010 servers in my organization with Exchange 2003 ,2 sites( site A & site B) have Exchange 2010 and other 2 sites (site C & site D) have Exchange 2003 . All Exchange 2010 servers have SP2 installed and no roll ups installed .
Site A : includes 3 Exchange servers, one holds CAS,HUB roles one holds Malbox role and the third one holds UM role
Site A have an error in sending emails to some specific recipients , it is that the email stuck in the queue with error "connection dropped due to timed out" , the recipient claimed that he received that email many times till second day !!! I think that such patch solves this issue , so decided to install roll ups to Exchange servers in site A .
my questions:
1.is it really that there is roll up that solves this issue ?
2.what is the latest roll up for Exchange 2010 SP2
3.does latest roll up include the previous roll ups or I have to install them one after the other.
4.is it mandatory to install roll ups on 3 servers in site A or just install them on CAS,HUB server.
5.is it mandatory to install roll ups on Exchange 2010 servers in site B (contians 2 servers , one Cas,HAB the other is Mailbox Server)
6.if question #1 answer is NO , is there another suggestion to solve this issue ?
