Good afternoon,
I recently upgraded one of my users from Office 2007 to 2010. For some reason, he can not see a particular folder (folder A) in the public folders list in Outlook. I have done nothing to his permissions or account on Exchange. All that I did was perform the upgrade install to 2010.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? I have performed a repair of Office and deleted/resynced his .ost file.
I appreciate any help.
