Moving mailbox from 2003 to 2010 - Corrupt Rule Entry

We are nearing completion of an Exchange 2003 to 2010 migration and we have ONE mailbox left to move. This particular mailbox move always fails with:

Error: MapiExceptionDataIntegrity: Corrupt Rule Entry.

I have tried/checked:

1. Outlook profile for Rules and she does not have any set up.
2. I ran "outlook /cleanrules" on her workstation but that did not make a difference.
3. Outlook delegates and there is nothing out of the ordinary (only 2 current employees).
4. I've tried the move during the day, at night, when her Outlook is closed/open, etc.
5. I've tried different destination databases for the move

Please help!
