Exchange 2010 OAB Not updating

Hi All,

I have added a new exchange e-mail account but realized after it was in-correct spelling name etc. When the users open up there Outlook 2010 they see the old username but not the new. If you do a Manual Global Address download the new name shows up. When I login to OWA I see the new name. Here is an Event Log after running this command.

Command on the EMS: Get-EventLogLevel | Set-EventLogLevel -Level Expert

was not found on the Domain Controller. This may indicate a replication or permission issue

Any Help would be apprecitaed.
