Using msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax to limit RAM use, page file size?

So I just limited my Exchange server to 32GB min and 48GB max (1048576 and 1572864), following instructions such as this:

But what about the page file size? Do I still go installed RAM + 100MB or do I go msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax (48GB) +100MB?

Finding tons of blogs and posts about setting the msExchESEParamCacheSizeMax and min, but none mention page file considerations.
