We are planning to move active and passive database copies from external disk connected the server to SAN. We have three servers in the DAG. So we are thinking of the best way to do it. Should we just run StartDagServerMaintenance.ps1 copy all the data to SAN and then just run StopDagServerMaintenance.ps1. The data to be copied is 2.5 TB.
OR
Should we just run the StartDagServerMaintenance.ps1, disconnect the external disk and connect the server to the SAN create the same drives on the SAN and just run StopDagServerMaintenance.ps1 and let it create the databse directories and synchronize the copies.
