We are using MS Exchange 2010. Here is the scenario.
We have a meeting room called "Meeting room A". "User A" books the meeting room at 10 and it gets accepted automatically. "User B" books the meeting room at 10 and gets a decline because of the conflict.
Now "User A" cancels the meeting at 10. Is there some way to inform "User B" that the room is available 10 as "User A" has cancelled the meeting? I know this is a long shot, but can this be done?
