I followed all steps to migrating to the new exchange server. The old server is still online and is not decomisioned.
1. I moved all the mailbox to new server.
2. changed receive and send connectors
3.  Offline Address book on the new server
5. Created new certificates and imported to new server and to gpo.

Now.. my problem is accessing email from mobile phones.. 2 days of work.. without any result.
I can set up the the email on mobile phone from internal wireless network with OLD server name, but it's not working from the internet.. i changed the DNS entries to the new server

I runned tetconectivityexchange and i have this error:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/12995093-5ad0-467b-8566-6bfa98606f54.aspx

i pointed back  the internet DNS to old server.. and activesync it's working! ???why? without errors when testing with testexchangeconnectivity.com
Update:
after pointed the DNS to old server (from internet) i tested with tetconectivityexchange the new server and i have this error:

"Testing the SSL certificate to make sure it's valid.
The SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks.
Test Steps
ExRCA is attempting to obtain the SSL certificate from remote server NEWSERVER.DOMAIN.COM on port 443.
ExRCA successfully obtained the remote SSL certificate.
Additional Details
Remote Certificate Subject: CN=OLDSERVER..DOMAIN.LOCAL, OU=, O=, L=, S=, C=, Issuer: CN=, DC=DOMAIN, DC=local.
Validating the certificate name.
Certificate name validation failed.
Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it
Additional Details
Host name NEWSERVER.domain.com doesn't match any name found on the server certificate CN=OLDSERVER.DOMAIN.LOCAL, OU=COM, O=, L=, S=, C=."

Maybe if the old server is still online and uncommissioned users use old server?
