The default public folder database is remote - but it is local!

Hello,

I recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2010 without much difficulty.  I followed all the steps using the Migration Assistant and a fef other resources.  I did have some issues moving the Public Folders over but since we don't actually use them, only the default system type folders were moved.

I have uninstalled Exchange 2003 and turned off the server.  When I run the Best Practices Analyzer tool I get no errors.

What concerns me is that in the Analyzer on the Non-Default Settings tab I get this for every database:

The default public folder database for mailbox database 'DB1' on server EMBX isn't local. Public folder database: CN=PFDB1,CN=Databases,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=MyDomain,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=MyDomain,DC=com.

Help suggests I follow this article:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-ca/library/aa997345(EXCHG.80).aspx

The point is that I have 2 servers; a CAS/HUB and Mailbox.  All Databases including the public folder database reside on the Mailbox Server.  Does that not imply the database is local?

There are no other symptoms that I can see
