Outlook cannot connect to Cas Array

I have read that it is best practice to use a cas array even if just 1 cas server.

I have 1 exchange server.

I have created the cas array and it resolves to the same ip of the server.

However once I set the rpcclientaccessServer setting of the database to point to the cas array, outlook shows disconnected.
