Calendar Issue

I have Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2003 & 2007.

This is the background of the issue.

1. B has delegate access (editor) on A's calendar.

2. A makes changes in his calendar and it's updated on B's calendar.

3. B makes changes to A's calendar but it's not getting updated on A's calendar.

It was working fine but suddenly started this issue, A is the CEO so time available for troubleshooting is very less.

I had the things checked from OWA but no luck.
