I am trying to configure a no-reply email account. Everything seems to be working, with exception to the custom message.
I have the rule configured as:
Condition: Sent to people
Action: Send rejection message to sender with enhanced status code
Apply rule to messages
sent to 'no-reply@domain.com'
send 'This e-mail address is a no-reply account and is unmonitored. Please contact the organization for assistance.' to sender with'5.7.1'
However, when I send to that account from the outside, I get a Message Delivery Failure, but it just simply says:
550 , 5.7.1 Unable to deliver to <no-reply@domain.com>.
Any reason the custom message isn't showing? I checked the e-mail header and it doesn't appear in there either.
