Hopefully someone has come across this before and found a solutions.
Using Exchange 2007 SP2. We have many Room Resources, and have delgates setup so that they can be approved manually. However, when a delegate is defined, the appointment on the resource's calendar is altered in two ways: "FW:" is prefixed on the subject and the attendee list is made unavailable (all it says is "<ATTENDEE LIST UNAVAILABLE>"). It doesn't matter who is viewing the appointment, or what permissions they have.
