Exchange 2010 Archive Retention Policy not getting applied

Hi,

I have created a Retention tag on my Exchange server for Archiving all Mail-Box items of User Mailbox. Also I have created a Retention policy and linked it to this Retention tag.

I have added added test user mailboxes to this Retention policy, but the policy is not getting applied to the test User's mailboxes.

Any Idea what could be wrong ??
