Address List modify to add a recipient filter

I have to edit a few Adress list and add a new recipient filter to the the current one.s

I have found set-addresslist but that looks like it replaces the recipient filters. Any way to update with the new information.

I have also found update-addresslist but that doens have the switch "-contentfilter"
