I have one user who's having a problem with search in OWA & Outlook online mode. It seems that he can't search email from the present back three weeks - he can however search email beyond that small window.
What's more, he's on the same database, uses the same CA servers, and no-one else is having this problem. Anyone have a clue what might be occurring?
It's clear to me that it's likely NOT an Outlook problem as testing shows that he experiences the same problem in both Outlook & OWA. I'm stumped.
