Hi everyone,
I need help in setting up automated response from our HELPDESK E-mail Addresses
There is one E-mail address which is: ithelpdesk@domain.com
Another E-mail address is: helpdesk@domain.com (If A Domain user sends query/Issue as an E-mail to this Address, it automatically creates A Ticket in our Web Help Ticketing System)
WHat I need is: I want ANYONE (Internal or External) who sends E-mail to these Addresses to receive an Automated Response that for example is "Message received, do not reply this is automated response. We will get back to you in next 2-4 business hours"
