SSL Cert or Configuration problem

I have setup Exchange 2010 in my test lab

My CAS server name is CAS1.mydomain.com

I have purchased an SSL SAN certificate from GoDaddy with the following names:

mydomain.com
webmail.mydomain.com
mail.mydomain.com
autodiscover.mydomain.com

I did not include my CAS1 in the cert. OWA works fine, no cert issue. However, when I open Outlook on my client PCs,  I get a security alert.

"CAS1.mydomain.com

X The name on the security certifiate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"

I guess I'm confused, I didnt think the CAS name needed to be on the cert. What if there are multiple CAS servers?

Is there a way around this? I tried using the Set-AutoDiscoverVirtualDirectory cmdlet and set the internalurl and externalurl tohttps://autodiscover.mydomain.com/Autodiscover/AutoDiscover.xml . Not so sure that I needed to do that or if it was a smart thing to do.

Any help would be great!

Thanks
