I am having an issue with a specific user on Exchange 2010. The user can add a calendar item or contact using OWA or mobile app, but when they attempt to do it from Outlook, they receive the following error: The connection to Microsoft Exchange is
unavailable. Outlook must be online to complete this action.

The problem occurs on any PC/laptop that we set this single users account up on so it leads me to believe the problem is on the server side.
I have been pounding my head into my desk trying to fix this on and off for about a week now. Any help would be appreciated.
