I'm having some strange, but inconsistent issues with Room mailboxes. I have found that sometimes the calendar does send a declined message when there is a conflict, and sometimes it doesn't. Also, I have had to add myself to the Meeting requests for them to show up on my calendar, this should not be the case. This seems to have conincided with our upgrade from Exchange SP2 to SP3. We have the "Resource Booking Attendant" enabled, and "Allow conflicting meeting requests" un-checked. The settings have not changed since the SP3 upgrade, and we never had any issues prior to SP3.
