Hi all, having a strange issue with Ex2010 right now. I have 2 Exchange servers in my lab at home and one database configured in a DAG with the two servers. I can send/receive internally fine, and I can send externally fine, but it seems that I can only receive externally for an hour or so after a reboot, after that everything gets queued up and never delivered.
What is is weird is that I can still telnet to my external MX record fine:
mail.lifeonthecloud.ca 25 works fine, and I can issue commands there. But any mail sent after a very short period post reboot will not arrive unless I reboot again. Not sure where or what I should be looking at at this point.
The current exchange servers are new. Previously I had two other machines doing this role but I inherited 4 more servers from work, so I decided to swap some roles around. I added these two new ones, and the migrated mailboxes over ( including the hidden arbitration ones), and then removed the previous two from AD using ADSIEDIT and then uninstalled Exchange. Not sure how that could cause my current woes, but just trying to provide all of the recent information.
