File Share Witness on a clustered file server?

Exchange 2010 setup.

Is there any gotchas or setup instructions to installing a FSW on our clustered virtual file server? We have 2 physical server nodes in a clustered file server configuraiton. (win 2008) 

Any issues with adding the file share witness to this virtual node?

Also, in our pre-existing 2-007 CCR environment, we used a hidden share with the witness so the share is not exposed to users. Can we do that with exchange 2010? Any special requirements/Setup?
