Exchange 2010 SP2, when any user navigates to mail.domain.com they get the OWA login screen but upon authenticating they just get the IE "the webpage cannot be found". The weird thing is that if they navigate to domain.com they can log in and
access their email just fine. In answer to the first question that comes to mind, we're using Forms Based Authentication and the FBA service is started. What else should I check on this one?
