Hi,
I have created a shared mailbox for the purposes if sharing calendars instead of using public folders..
I created two security groups managers and techies.
I give each group full permissions to the shared mailbox. Is it possible to just give one group read permission's to the shared mailbox using the EMS?
In the properties of the calendars I give managers full access and techies reviewers. However the techies can add/delete entries. Is this because they have full mailbox access?
So ideally I want managers full access to shared calendar and techies read access only
