Export Mailbox to PST with Exchange 2010 SP1

Hi all,

I have a question about the new Cmdlet "New-MailboxExportRequest" in Exchange 2010 SP1. Will this Cmdlet export the mailbox in a PST file,AND THEN REMOVE the exported messages from the Mailbox on the Exchange server ? If not the case, is there a solution to achieve this goal ?
