See all users that have booked a resource

I am looking for a way, preferably PowerShell, to obtain a list of all users that have booked a resource (exchange 2010).

The current scenario we have is - If a piece of equipment is not working in a specific meeting room we would like to obtain a list of users booking the room over a certain date range, e.g. the following five days, so we can send a group email advising them to change their booking to another room etc.
