OOF does not work for a particular user...

(Note: This is a linked mailbox)

I've tried enabling OOF for this user via powershell, OWA, and Outlook.

I can set the OOF settings for the user, verify they are configured, but yet, it will not automatically reply to any email sent to it internally or externally. (I set both options.)

I've tried moving the mailbox to a different DB and Server to try and force it to essentially reconfigure itself, etc.  No dice.

I'm able to successfully enable OOF on other mailboxes, but this one fails.

If I configure OOF, I can view the settings within OWA, but when I log in, I notice that I don't get the pop up telling me that OOF is enabled.

Any Ideas of what else I can try?  I'm running out.
